REPAIR & REFRESH

REPAIRING OUR OWN HATS

If your hat or headpiece should get damaged, you can send or bring it back to us and we will assess the damage and see if we can repair it. Upon receipt of the goods we will examine them and give you a quote for the work needed to restore it, and an estimated despatch time.

Always CONTACT US before sending anything to us, we recommend getting a tracking number when items are sent back as we cannot be responsible for any item lost in transit.

REPAIRING HATS BOUGHT ELSEWHERE

We do repairs, refreshing and resizing on contemporary or vintage hats bought elsewhere or inherited.

* Please Note - we do not re-size or work on baseball caps/skip caps.

RE - TRIMMING OUR OWN HATS

If you've invested in a beautiful hand-made hat from us, and want your hat to co-ordinate with more than one outfit. No problem!

We provide a re-trimming service for our own hats, and are happy to design a tailored re-trim for you as many times as you like, giving your hat a fresh new look each time with no harm to your hat.

MIX AND MATCH TRIMMINGS for OUR OWN HATS

Or, tell us at the time of ordering, and we can hand-make your hat with two specially designed detachable trims so you can get maximum wear out of your new hat!

RE - DYEING OUR OWN HATS and HEADPIECES

* Please Note - we cannot re-dye hats, since the materials are dyed first and then the hat made, to re-dye a hat would ruin it.

*We may be able to re-dye feather trimmings and feather headpieces for another event - please ask before ordering since we can make the hat or headpiece to facilitate this more easily.

RE - TRIMMING DEPARTMENT STORE HATS

We are happy to do this, but we may be limited in what we can do due to the use of glue in these hats - but we may be able to adapt what is there, once we see a hat or images of it, we can discuss with you what we can do.
